In light of the impact and changes caused by the COVID-19 epidemic (Coronavirus), we would like to ensure you that we are focused round-the-clock on the health and safety of all our guests, residents and employees, without compromising the high standards and quality of your experience, that you have come to know, love and expect in your every stay with us.

Considering the evolving COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, we are taking standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously, as well as additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and staff members.
Villa Pietra Mani has set-up procedures to follow the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO) and local health authorities. We are adopting all the published standard recommendations and following the authority’s regulations to reduce exposure to and transmission of a range of illnesses, which include hand and respiratory hygiene as well as the safe cleaning practices of the villas.
All our staff members are adhering to the latest guidance and hygiene protocols, we assure you that they are well trained to handle situations that may occur during your stay and we have confidence in their abilities.

APENDIX
Air Conditioning
In all areas of the villa there is an air conditioning split unit. Please switch off the air conditioning every time you open the doors and the windows of the property. Please keep in mind to switch off the air conditioning every time you exit the villa.
Account Settlements and Payments
Account settlements and payments are completed with bank transfers prior to the arrival. If any extra bills occurred during your stay, please be kind enough to close your outstanding bills by contacting our person in charge 24 hours prior your departure. Credit cards are not accepted. For stays longer than one (1) week you are kindly requested to settle your account once a week.
Baby Sitting
Available if is requested and confirmed during the reservation procedure. Otherwise, contact the person in charge the day before the service requested for details. Charges are applicable. Due to Covid19 precaution measures this service is temporary not available.
Birthdays and Special Occasions
Personal special moments are always a cause for celebration. It will be our pleasure to make your stay at Villa Pietra Mani a truly memorable experience.
Whether the occasion is a birthday, an anniversary, a private party, a special event or for any other important reason, we will work with you to create a perfect celebration, present you all available options and take care every little detail. For further information feel free to contact our person in charge at your earliest convenience. Please keep in mind that due to Covid19 precautions is obligatory to respect social distancing measures if you ever decide to organize a private event.
Bank – ATM
The closest Bank ATMs are located at the villages of Aeropoli and Gerolimenas, approximately 15-20 minutes driving.
Beach
Two sandy beaches, Pano and Kato Mezapos are in walking distance from the villa. Just follow the signs outside the villa or contact the person in charge for details.
Car, Moto, Bike Rental
By contacting the person in charge, all arrangements can take place to provide you with a selection of cars, motorcycles and bikes for rent.
Car parking
Open-air parking is available free of charge by the entrance of the villa.
Check In and Check Out
Check In is after 14.00 and Check Out is at 11:00 (noon). If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the person in charge at least 4 days prior your departure date. For a late departure, please contact the person in charge at least 48 hours before your departure to arrange a late check out (upon availability and extra charges may apply).
Children Facilities
Services for our “younger” guests include:
- Baby cot is available once is requested and will be arranged once fulfilling your reservation. Otherwise, please inform the person in charge upon arrival to confirm your availability.
- Complimentary high chair available once is requested during the reservation procedures. Otherwise, please inform the person in charge upon arrival to confirm your availability.
Doctor on Call
In case you need to see a doctor, do not hesitate to contact the person in charge to do all the necessary arrangements. Extra charges are applicable.
Emergency Exit
The main entrance door of the villa is exit in any emergency situation.
Electric current
The voltage in villa is 220 volt.
Environment
Please help to protect the environment by using your room towels in accordance with the printed instructions. In our attempt to protect the environment we use eco-friendly detergents in the laundry. Please note that we participate in the “Green Global Environmental Program” focusing in sustainability and environmental friendliness’ during holidays.
Excursions
Please contact the person in charge for organized excursions, sightseeing, private or limited group travel arrangements.
Flowers
Flower bouquets can be arranged after contacting the person in charge.
Hair salon
For any inquiry do not hesitate to contact the person in charge.
Villa Keys
Upon arrival you will receive a villa key with which you can lock and unlock the door of your villa. You are kindly requested to have your key with you during your stay and always lock the door upon leaving the villa. Please do not forget to leave your key at the person in charge upon departure. In case of lost or damaged keys charges are applicable.
Housekeeping & Linen Changing,
Due to Covid19 precautions, villas cleaning is made every 2 days and linen changing is offered every 4 days counting from the arrival date. Linen including white body and facial towels are for use only within the rooms and not outside the villa. Please avoid removing them from the villa, in case of lost or damaged, charges are applicable. Please contact our person in charge for beach towels.
Kitchen Order.
Taking into account the prevention measures to avoid covid19, the tenants of the villas are kindly advised every time they make use of the kitchen and its equipment, to make sure that everything is restored to its original form.
Lost and Found
Please report immediately to the person in charge any missing or lost items. We shall do our best to find them. In case we retrieve any forgotten personal items after the guest’s departure, additional fees (courier) will be applicable to ship items to the address of guests’ selection.
Luggage
The day of the departure we can gladly keep your luggage in the storage room until your departure. For any arrangements, please contact the person in charge the day prior your departure.
Mailing
For mailing and courier services please contact the person in charge.
Mini markets, Magazines, Newspapers, Books
Small minimarkets, grocery shops and kiosks are located in Mezapos village (a few minutes walking distance) and in the closed by villages. Larger selection of shops and restaurants are offered in Aeropoli and Gerolimenas Village, approximately 20 minutes driving from the house.
Van with driver on Disposal
Please note that there is availability of a van with driver either on daily disposal or to be used for daily excursions once is agreed prior to the arrival. For last minute wishes, please contact the person in charge for private transfers and daily excursions and sightseeing. Extra charges will be applicable.
Pick Up and Drop Off Transfer Service.
Transfers from / to Athens and Kalamata airports can be arranged in advance once making your reservation with us. For reservations already agreed, the day prior your departure, transfer details must be confirmed with the person in charge. Charges are applicable.
Pets
The admission of pets is prohibited.
Pharmacy
Licensed pharmacies are located in Aeropoli and Gerolimenas village (20 minutes driving approximately). Delivery for non-prescription drugs can be arranged by the person in charge with a small charge. Feel free to contact the person in charge for details.

Safe Deposit Box and Valuables
An in-room electronic safe is provided as courtesy for added convenience and privacy of our guests. It is recommended that you deposit all your valuables in the safe located in your wardrobe (free of charge). Instructions are on the safe box door or please contact the person in charge for assistance. Pietra Villa Mani cannot be held responsible for any loss of valuables left in the guest room. The use of this in-room safe does not increase, extend or change the resorts liability.
Travel Services
For travel services, ticket issuances, modifications and confirmations please contact the person in advance so to assist with your travel inquiries.
Wi-Fi
Wireless Internet Wi-Fi access is available complimentary for villas guests. Please contact the person in charge for details.

General Information
- It is very important to inform us by contacting the person in charge if during your stay you feel unwell or you have any symptoms such as cough or fever.
- Take good care when using electricity.
- Do not pull appliances out of sockets by the leads.
- Do not leave appliances plugged in when not in use (irons, hair dryers etc.)
- If you observe any fault or damage to the installations (telephone, electrics, plumbing etc.) please inform the person in charge. The buildings and installations are inspected and maintained regularly and our maintenance team is available to take action in the case of any damage.
- When leaving the villa ensure that the air conditioning, fan, lights, taps and kitchen appliances have been turned off.
- The use of gas canisters, any kind of stove and any other flammable materials (alcohol, white spirits, etc.) is strictly forbidden.
- Kindly please keep a constant eye on your children and avoid leaving them to play unattended.

As part of the complete range of services that we offer during your stay at the Villa Pietra Mani, it is also our priority to fully inform you about safety matters. We would kindly ask you to carefully read the safety instructions below and to observe them as means of protecting yourself against undesired events.
What To Do During a Fire
- Inside the villa are placed two fire extinguishers, one in the kitchen and one in living area. Both are visible and ready to use them in case of a fire incident.
- In case of a fire incident, stay calm, do not panic and notify the person in charge as soon as possible.
- Because flame, heat, and smoke rise, generally a fire on a floor below your room presents a greater threat to your safety than a fire on a floor above your room.
- Do not overestimate your ability to put out a fire. Most fires cannot be easily or safely extinguished.
- Do not attempt to put the fire out once it begins to quickly spread.
- Heat, smoke and gasses emitted by burning materials can quickly choke you. If you are caught in a heavy smoke condition, get down on the floor and crawl. Take short breaths, breathing through your nose.
- If your clothes catch fire, don’t run. Stop where you are, drop to the ground, cover your face with your hands to protect your face and lungs and roll over to smother the flames.
- Do not enter any areas where you detect smoke. Move to the safest place available. The suggested escape route is out and far away the villa.

General Safety Precautions
What To Do During an Earthquake.
- Stay calm!If you’re indoors, stay inside. If you’re outside, stay outside.
- If you’re indoors, stand against a wall near the center of the house, stand in a doorway, or crawl under heavy furniture (a desk or table).
- Stay away from windows and outside doors.
- If you’re outdoors, stay in the open away from power lines or anything that might fall.
- Stay away from buildings (stuff might fall off the building or the building could fall on you).
- Don’t use matches, candles, or any flame. Broken electric installations and fire don’t mix.
